To do the update manually, you have to follow these steps:
- First, enter the Play Store
and open its menu (three lines, located in the top-left corner).
- After that, select My apps & games and now, you will have the list of all the available app updates in front of you.
- If you wish to update only some of the apps, press “Update” next to each of them that needs updating,
and if you want to update all of them, press “Update all”, and that is pretty much it.
How to Automatically Update Apps on Android
In the case you want the Android system to do the app updates automatically, without your involvement, this is what you need to do:
- As in the first approach, this one also requires that you first enter the Play Store.
- Once you do that, go to Settings
and then enter Auto-update apps.
- In the newly opened window, select whether you want to make the updates over Wi-Fi, network, or don’t want to make them in the first place. When you click on “Done”, that is it, your app updates should now be done automatically.
